Both of our houses offer private fenced back yards, ramps for easier access and welcome your canine friend(s).

We only ask that you take great care to clean up after your pup and respect that others who are not pet owners, will be renting our houses as well.

Be aware that our fenced yards are not always secure for all breeds and sizes so we do ask that you never leave your friend unattended.

You are welcome to crate your dog in the house but never leave your pup unattended or loose in the house.

If your dog barks from the crate when left, please take him/her with you as we have a very private and quiet neighborhood and this would illicit complaints.

The neighborhood around the houses is a dog friendly place – but your pal must be on leash at all times when outside the yard. Please be careful to keep your dog off the golf courses at all times.

The river is a wonderful place to walk your pup from the house – as well as the beaches at Pt. Williams and 3 crabs which are about 5 miles away.

Just a five minute walk down the road and suddenly you feel a million miles away with eagles soaring over head and the mighty Dungeness river flowing to a backdrop of the majestic mountains beyond...	Just a five minute drive down the street - miles of beaches to explore and play on...

On the application, we have a cleaning fee of $75 if you are bringing a dog but please note that this fee does NOT include picking up after your pal… please bring supplies with you to clean up and walk the grounds carefully and pick up all droppings in plastic bags and take them with you to dispose of in an appropriate way. When you are done, please walk the grounds again to be sure…
