Here are the Steps for Making Reservations:

  1. Choose the house you want to rent - Angel’s Rest or Ambleside.
     (Remember if you are planning a reunion, these 2 homes sit side by side and make the perfect setting for a reunion if you want to rent them both!)

  2. Click here to check our availability calendars of the house you would like to rent. Please note that we do get cancellations, so please still inquire if your dates look unavailable.

  3. Please then fill out the form below with your contact information and desired vacation dates. We should be able to get back to you within the day to confirm. You are also welcome to contact us via phone or email (see contact us page)

  1. After we have confirmed your reservation, you will then print out the application below and mail it in with your check for payment - or use the PayPal/credit card option below.

  2. Upon receipt of your application and payment, Cindy will email you the directions on how to get to us and your check-in procedures.

RESERVATION POLICY:

  • Reservations are secured with a deposit of equal to half your stay and full payment due 30 days prior to your reservation. We accept cash or check or you can use the PayPal/credit card option above. For your initial payment or deposit, please print out the application above and mail in with payment. For balance due payments, please send check to:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full 100% refund will be made if you need to cancel and you can give us a 30 plus day notice of your cancellation.
  • For cancellations less than 30 days from your reservation, we will only refund you 50% of your charges plus 100% of your cleaning fees.
  • For cancellations less than 14 days from your reservation, we can not give you any refund, but will refund you 100% of your cleaning fees.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

  • We are totally a non-smoking property (This includes all indoor areas and all outdoor areas surrounding the property).
  • Polite Pets welcome – please respect that this is a privilege and we have non pet owners who enjoy our homes as well.
  • Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM
  • Check out is 11:00 A.M.
